Qualifications

• California PE license required and active status.

• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, permitting, and execution of residential, institutional, and commercial developments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic growth and optimize staffing.
• Drive business development and nurture client relationships.
• Oversee site/civil engineering from concept to completion, including drainage and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in stormwater, hydrology, SWPPP, and related analyses.
• Contribute to proposals and technical documentation with meticulous detail.
• Coordinate with geotechnical and environmental disciplines.
