Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Civil Engineer license in California required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum seven years of progressive structural engineering and PMP-like project management experience recommended.
• Strong communication and business development skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in new business development and promotes repeat/referral work.
• Coordinates and directs the project design team during execution.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets.
• Mentors staff and provides coaching and delegation.
• Performs QA/QC of projects and serves as primary client contact.
• Prepares proposals, qualification statements, and promotional materials.
