Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 16+ years of site/civil engineering experience with land development focus.
• Proven success in client development, client management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, permitting, and execution of residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, and mixed-use projects for public and private clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth plans and optimize staff utilization.
• Drive business development by cultivating new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Oversee site/civil engineering efforts from concept to completion including layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in stormwater management, hydrologic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
• Contribute to proposals and maintain strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with geotechnical and environmental disciplines and mentor project staff.
