Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• Engineering license required (PE).
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design.
• Proficiency with civil engineering principles, design/build, permitting and project work.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical guidance for due diligence, investigation, remediation, and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Apply civil engineering techniques to identify improvements for project phases from concept to operation.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates with coordination among owners and sub-consultants.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to explain research, concepts, and recommendations.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, budgeting, tracking hours and expenses, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ordinances, and regulations.
