Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or people management experience.

• Experience leading multiple Civil/Water resources projects.
• Proficiency in civil design methods and construction processes.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project teams on heavy civil/water resources projects.
• Interact with clients and influencers to understand requirements and win work.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and design approaches for varied sizes of projects.
• Mentor junior staff and build a strong Atlanta-area team.
• Promote collaboration across Southeast Region offices and business lines.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record on selected projects.
