Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Civil Engineer to join its collaborative team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on planning, design, and permitting of civil/site projects, including mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and educational facilities.

You will gain hands-on experience in site/civil design, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to diverse land development projects in a continuous learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification; PE preferred.
• 3+ years in site/civil design and grading, drainage, storm water management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify engineering documents (reports, plans, specs, cost estimates) using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Assess soil, terrain, hydrology and geologic data for planning and design.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal land use permitting is a plus.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
