Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in design, construction, and oversight of public infrastructure.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design, construction, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure.
• Manage capital improvement projects and development of CIP plans.
• Review site plans, drainage reports, and traffic reports for compliance with City codes.
• Communicate with developers, contractors, and the public regarding permits and review processes.
• Collaborate with city departments and external partners to advance projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and MS4 initiatives.
