DuBois & King, Inc. in South Burlington, VT or Holyoke, MA is seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 5–15 years of experience to join our Dam Engineering Group, focusing on hydrologic/hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural work for dam infrastructure across the Northeast.

You will lead engineering analyses, manage project teams, and mentor junior staff on dam rehabilitation, safety evaluations, and regulatory compliance for federal, state, and municipal clients.

Qualifications

• P.E. license in VT/NH/MA or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• BSCE or higher required.
• Willingness to travel throughout New England.
• Ability to work from South Burlington, VT or Holyoke, MA office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships within DuBois & King and with external clients to support growth of the dam engineering practice.
• Manage and engineer dam-related projects primarily in New England under municipal, state, and federal contracts.
• Perform engineering analyses and design related to dam structures (hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, geotechnical analysis, structural evaluation).
• Manage project teams and provide mentorship to junior staff.
