Job summary

DuBois & King is hiring a Senior Environmental Engineer and Project Manager to join the Public Works Division. You will lead municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects, mentor junior engineers, and work under the Regional Director. A PE license is preferred and 5–15 years of civil/environmental experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license preferred (Civil or Environmental).
• Experience with environmental permitting is a plus.
• Leadership and project management experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project management support to Regional Director.
• Develop management and technical growth of municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Lead project teams from concept to construction with client coordination.
• Prepare regulatory permit applications and project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and share accountability within the division.

Our firm is looking to add with 5+ years of experience who wants a team leadership role with growth potential.
