Job summary

DuBois & King is seeking a Team Lead for the Public Works Division in Bedford, NH. The role focuses on leading civil projects related to municipal water, wastewater, and site development, while expanding the division’s technical capacity and market presence.

The ideal candidate has 15–25 years of civil/environmental engineering experience, a BS/MS in the field, and leadership/project management capabilities. P.E. licensure and environmental permitting experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• BS/MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Preferred Civil or Environmental P.E. license.
• Experience with environmental permitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project management support to the Regional Director.
• Lead project teams in conceptual, preliminary and final design and manage through construction.
• Develop business and build client relationships in New Hampshire and New England.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on project assignments.
• Share accountability with division team members.

DuBois & King is currently hiring a Team Lead to join the Public Works Division in our Bedford, NH office. We are seeking a motivated engineer who is interested in helping expand the group’s technical capacity and market presence while leading meaningful projects that impact local communities.This role would benefit an engineer with 15 – 25 years of experience who wants a team leadership role with growth potential.
