Job summary

You will oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, and overall delivery while serving as primary client contact. The role requires 8+ years of civil engineering with 3+ years in PM, an active NC PE license, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Active North Carolina PE license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong site development and permitting experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software.
• Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills.
• NC/SC municipal and regulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, scopes, and project teams.
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development.
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, and utilities.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants.
• Review plans, calculations, specifications, and technical documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects.
