Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Texas PE license required.
• Strong experience with land/site development, infrastructure, drainage, or municipal projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of Houston-area design standards and permitting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review grading, drainage, paving, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Assist with permitting and agency coordination.
• Participate in client meetings and help develop long-term client relationships.
