Job summary

RiseMpower Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager specializing in land development to lead private subdivision and site development projects from planning and design through permitting, approvals, and construction.

The ideal candidate holds an active PE license, has strong technical design capabilities, and proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license; PA preferred.
• Approximately 5-7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with private subdivision and land development projects.
• Strong knowledge of site design, grading, roadway design, stormwater management, and drainage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction.
• Develop and review site layouts, grading plans, roadway alignments, stormwater management systems, and drainage designs.
• Coordinate zoning reviews, site feasibility studies, permitting, and municipal approvals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, clients, municipalities, attorneys, and regulatory agencies.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications for quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers, designers, and CADD technicians.
