FoleyShald is seeking a Licensed Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Omaha firm, where senior engineers directly influence clients, projects, and the company’s future.

The role leads land development projects from due diligence through construction, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and profitability, while mentoring staff and coordinating with municipalities, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5-15 years of progressive experience in land development engineering.
• Strong Civil 3D proficiency.
• Demonstrated client-facing project management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from due diligence through construction.
• Serve as project manager with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Develop and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, paving, and site design plans.
• Coordinate directly with municipalities, review agencies, clients, architects, and contractors.
• Review and seal engineering plans and reports.
• Provide construction-phase support and mentoring to engineering staff.
