TKDA, a 100% employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Seattle. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and partner directly with clients from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• PE license in Washington or reciprocity ready to obtain WA licensure.
• 10+ years of progressive technical design experience with site development.
• 5+ years of project management experience with team leadership.
• 2+ years of business development and new opportunities track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of proposals and client meetings.
• Experience coordinating with regulators and multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with site design tools, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept to construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical design standards.
• Partner with clients to deliver highquality engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and local jurisdictions.
• Drive project development, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
