Qualifications

• PE license in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• Strong understanding of site development, permitting, and stormwater.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor civil design staff through project phases.
• Develop practical, constructible civil solutions meeting objectives.
• Collaborate on plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, and contractors.
• Navigate permitting and land-use processes; ensure code compliance.
• Use software to design grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
• Support construction administration and respond to contractor questions.
• Contribute to business development via proposals and interviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
