Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience designing building electrical systems.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical design staff through design and construction phases.
• Develop practical, efficient electrical design solutions to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design power, lighting, and building systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform major equipment sizing and selection.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Use industry software for load calculations, lighting analysis, and system modeling.
• Support construction administration and respond to contractor questions.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
