Impact Recruitment is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Fresno, CA with 10+ years’ experience to join our client’s Engineering Team. The Senior Civil Engineer provides direction, supervision, and coordination to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The role involves managing projects, designing land development schemes, and leading client meetings from concept through completion. A BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license are required, with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required; PE license is required.
• 10+ years of proven experience in civil engineering and land development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience overseeing design, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects, clients, and internal team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Oversee design of land development projects.
• Attend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other professionals.
• Establish and maintain project lifecycle from conception to completion.
• Perform related duties as needed.
