BDS Engineering is seeking a civil engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of land development and public works projects in California. As Engineer of Record, you will provide technical leadership and supervise junior staff while coordinating with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

The candidate must hold a California PE license with 7-12 years of experience and demonstrate expertise in stormwater, WQTR preparation, and adherence to California municipal engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a valid California PE license with 7-12 years of experience.
• Must have demonstrated expertise in stormwater compliance, WQTR preparation, and California municipal engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects including land development and public works improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and professional oversight as Engineer of Record while mentoring junior staff.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee project execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
