You will collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver practical, compliant designs and successful outcomes. Qualifications

• PA PE license required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with municipalities and land development.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction.
• Prepare site, land development, grading, stormwater and utility designs, including NPDES and HOP apps.
• Produce drawings and design docs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project success and compliance.
• Attend municipal meetings and present project updates, including evenings.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development with client relationships.
