Job summary

W3Global is seeking a senior site civil engineer to lead multiple site civil and land development projects from concept through completion, coordinating engineering, surveying, and design teams and serving as the primary client contact. You will develop project scopes, schedules, priorities, and work plans, review plans for technical accuracy, and mentor staff to maintain high quality and timely approvals.

A PE license in PA, NJ, or DE is preferred, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site civil engineering or land development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience independently managing projects and client relationships
• PE license in PA, NJ, or DE preferred
• Experience with Pennsylvania municipal and regulatory approval processes strongly preferred

Ideal Background

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 8+ years of experience in site civil engineering or land development
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong experience with grading, stormwater management, drainage, utilities, erosion and sediment control, and site design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience independently managing projects and client relationships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• PE license in PA, NJ, or DE preferred
• Experience with Pennsylvania municipal and regulatory approval processes strongly preferred
