Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Strategy Lead to develop and implement enterprise-wide Civil Engineer Operations policy and strategic initiatives for the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate (A4C). The role requires coordinating with Headquarters DAF, MAJCOMs, AFIMSC, AFCEC, and installation stakeholders to improve installation readiness, sustainment, and mission effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 15+ years of experience supporting large scale government programs.
• Retired/Separated Air Force member.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineer Operations programs, infrastructure management, and installation sustainment principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and build consensus across multiple organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Secret clearance required and able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Civil Engineer Operations governance and programmatic documents and policy.
• Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders via meetings, governance forums, and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and senior AF organizations to implement Civil Engineer Operations strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Perform Operations program analysis, trend analyses, compliance assessments, and performance measures.
• Translate strategic goals into executable tasks, milestones, and resource plans; monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
