Versar Global Solutions seeks a Senior Operations Strategy Lead to drive enterprise Civil Engineer Operations policy and governance for the Air Force. You will coordinate policy development, monitor compliance, and provide decision-ready analyses and staff packages for senior leaders.

The role links future enterprise strategy to current operations, working across AF, MAJCOMs, and field commands to modernize and sustain installation readiness and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years experience supporting large scale government programs.
• Experience in Civil Engineer Operations programs and installation sustainment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus.
• Secret clearance required and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain Civil Engineer Operations governance documents and guidance.
• Deliver briefing materials, executive summaries, and meeting minutes for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with multiple DoW and AF organizations to implement enterprise strategy and governance.
• Perform operations program analysis, trend analyses, and performance measures for modernization initiatives.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones to implement strategic objectives.
