Keystone Distinction Group in Massachusetts seeks a Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of civil experience to join our land development team. You will lead projects through design, permitting, and construction, collaborating with engineers, designers, PMs, and regulators on a diverse portfolio.

This role emphasizes technical leadership and client coordination, with opportunities to advance. PE licensure is preferred or pursued; we support ongoing professional development and licensing reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5–10 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• FE or EIT certification (Massachusetts or transferable).
• Experience with land development, municipal infrastructure, or civil site projects.
• Experience with Massachusetts permitting processes and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Prepare civil designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design grading, drainage, and site development improvements.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or similar software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist in preparing project scopes, proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support QA/QC reviews and project team collaboration.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
