• Maintain client and regulatory agency relationships.
• Manage and design projects from small to large scale.
• Develop and present project-specific or technical presentations.
• Monitor progress and compile project status reports.
• Mentor staff and promote a positive work culture.
• Direct the work of engineers, designers, and CAD drafters.
• Lead civil project management, design, and plan preparation.
