Job summary

Inceptra Solutions LLC is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to lead private subdivision and land development projects from planning through construction. You will manage technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations, while providing design leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Required: a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, an active PE license, and 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in land development or subdivision design, with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Approximately 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience in private land development or subdivision design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; strong communication abilities.
