Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• NC PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred).
• Experience with state/local DOT and public agencies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and design land development, public utilities, and private development projects.
• Lead studies and design projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Support client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Coordinate design activities with staff, subcontractors and clients.
