Kimley-Horn's Panama City Beach, Florida office seeks a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Land Development team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting residential and commercial site design and permitting.

You will work with a team of engineers and designers, coordinate with clients, prepare plan sets, manage project scope and schedules, and contribute to quality standards across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience in site civil design, permitting, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong coordination with clients and project teams.
• Ability to build plan sets and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead land development site designs and coordination.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress.
• Prepare bid packages and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with jurisdictions, contractors, and internal teams.
