The successful candidate will lead land development projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of land development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE registration required.
• Experience leading land development projects from design to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple land development projects from initial design through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver civil engineering solutions.
