Qualifications

• 12+ years of land development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of land development projects.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee civil design tasks including hydrologic calculations, earthwork, and mapping.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and maintain relationships.
