Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer I/II to support our Ontario office. You will contribute to land development projects, mentor junior staff, and deliver complex designs with QAQC. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a hybrid work model after 90 days.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years of land development experience and are proficient in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D. EIT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of land development design experience.
• Minimum 2 years independently solving complex engineering problems in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project designs considering constraints, goals, agency standards, and best practices.
• Assist with construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Train and provide technical assistance to junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and perform complex hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizing calculations.
• Perform complex grading design and earthwork calculations.
• Provide deliverables to TM/PM or externally, including full QAQC.
