Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Engineer I/II to advance land development projects within a collaborative, employee-owned environment. You’ll engage in design work, QA/QC, and mentoring of junior staff, contributing to site planning, grading, and utility sizing.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, 5–7 years of land development experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. EIT certification is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5–7 years of land development design experience.
• Experience solving complex engineering problems within land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD and/or Civil 3D software.
• EIT certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop project designs considering constraints, goals, agency standards, and best practices.
• Assist with construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Train and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and perform hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizing calculations.
• Conduct complex grading design and earthwork calculations.
• Deliver complex outputs to TM/PM or external stakeholders with QA/QC.
