Talent Search Pro is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee land development projects from concept to completion. The role requires preparing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and public agencies to drive projects on time and within budget. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7 years of land development experience, and a VA PE license or reciprocity plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Virginia or ability to reciprocity within 6 months preferred.
• 7 years of experience overseeing land development for commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects.
• Experience with construction management and scheduling tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera.
• Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the design and execution of land development projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and reports from inception through design, permitting, construction and bond release.
• Manage detailed cost projections, budgets, change orders, and coordination with contractors/consultants to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, public agencies, and consultants to ensure compliance and progress.
• Review invoices, change orders, and payment applications; manage RFPs and bid processes.
