Qualifications

- Experience in land entitlement, design review, and permit issuance processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage private development projects and public drainage works.
- Lead interdepartmental design reviews for code compliance and constructability.
- Provide technical guidance on water, wastewater and drainage regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, staff, and external agencies.
- Manage selected capital improvement projects and schedules.
