A Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil is required, with strong project management experience and a background in CIP execution.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer - Civil is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage CIP/Drainage projects from inception to completion; scoping, design contract negotiation, reviews, bidding, construction administration.
• Prepare RFQ/SOQ and negotiate/manage contracts with consultants and agencies.
• Review studies and plans for conformance with City standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with City Departments, utilities, and outside agencies.
• Represent the Department at meetings and public events; communicate with residents and stakeholders.
