Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited school.
• Licensed Professional Engineer - Civil.
• 7 years of experience in municipal roadway and drainage project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage CIP/Public Works and drainage projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate SOQs, and negotiate/manage contracts with consultants.
• Review studies and plans for conformance with City standards and regulations.
• Assist citizens with questions related to City infrastructure.
• Coordinate with City departments, outside agencies and utilities.
• Develop and monitor project scopes, costs and schedules.
