• Strong civil engineering background with leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing planning, design, and construction phases of large-scale facilities.
• Proven ability to navigate AHJ requirements and prepare technical design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development.
• Prepare grading plans and earthwork/d drainage calculations.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design efforts and ensure technical quality and schedule.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and client expectations.
