Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for the Advanced Manufacturing group to work on state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You will lead civil design tasks, oversee schedule and technical quality, and gain familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with heavy industrial or mission-critical facilities is expected.
• Strong knowledge of analyzing and designing medium to large scale industrial developments.
• Ability to lead projects and direct civil design within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction drawings is essential.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize initial civil design for land/site development.
• Prepare grading plans and perform earthwork, drainage/stormwater calculations.
• Lead schedule and technical quality for complex tasks within the civil team.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations.
• Develop site master planning and space planning, including utilities routing.
