Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of complex capital improvement projects, including streets, drainage, utilities, and facilities.
• Administer contracts and oversee project schedules, expenditures, and coordination with agencies.
• Review private development plans for compliance with city and state standards.
• Supervise staff and coordinate inspection activities for CIP projects.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies and property acquisition efforts.
• Prepare reports, grant proposals, and assist with budget development.
