Job summary

Alpha Corporation seeks a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead aviation projects for MWAA and other airport clients in the Washington region. You will oversee planning, design, permitting, and delivery while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

The role blends technical leadership with project management, mentoring staff, and supporting business development within a high-profile transportation program.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Experience delivering airport/transportation projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with MWAA projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead airport and aviation infrastructure projects from planning to construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Oversee civil/site design and related hydrology, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
• Develop proposals and nurture MWAA relationships.
