Job summary

Century West Engineering seeks a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) Senior Project Manager to lead airport development, design, and project management across the Pacific Northwest. You will manage diverse client groups and in-house staff, driving aviation client base and staff presence in the region.

Candidates should have 10+ years of civil engineering project management experience focused on GA and/or Part 139 airports, FAA-funded projects, and strong technical capabilities in aviation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• PE license in OR/WA/ID or ability to reciprocity.
• 10+ years of experience in GA/Part 139 airport projects.
• Experience delivering FAA-funded aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of in-house and subconsultant resources on complex projects.
• Identify target clients and opportunities for long-term profitability.
• Implement client capture strategies including outreach and proposals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning.
