Our team provides sound, common sense solutions for a wide range of projects including land surveying, municipal engineering, land development, permitting, environmental services, stormwater management, and construction management.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Civil Engineer. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, performing stormwater management, and site development. The role will require some in-person work in Williamsport with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Site Development skills
• Experience in Stormwater Management and Quality Control
• Experience in ESCGP and NPDES permitting
• Experience in Land Development and Subdivision processes
• Experience in Municipal Zoning processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 software
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience in land surveying is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience preferred
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) license preferred, with the goal of obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license
