Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of a variety of civil/site development projects, overseeing technical design, client coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and leadership experience to drive successful outcomes across all phases of project development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil/site development projects including grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design

Manage and mentor junior engineers and design staff

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Conduct site investigations and prepare technical reports

Review design plans and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Coordinate with clients, architects, subconsultants, and public agencies

Attend public meetings and provide support with permitting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

8+ years of experience in civil/site development projects

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proven track record managing projects from concept to completion
