You will mentor junior staff, review drawings, and contribute to process improvements while supporting a fast-paced office environment in our Monroeville location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Civil3D production experience.
• Ability to read engineering reports and create detailed civil design drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed civil design plans (grading, earthwork, stormwater, utilities).
• Review work and mentor less-experienced staff.
• Perform self-reviews to catch errors before review by others.
