Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of progressive experience
• Professional Engineer's License (PE) preferred
• Ability to manage sewer or water utility projects end-to-end
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Plus
• Experience in business development and client management

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct larger and/or more complex engineering projects
• Lead and direct technical projects with accountability for technical accuracy
• Solve technically complex problems using advanced techniques
• Prepare proposals and oversee follow-through
• Administer contracts and manage scheduling, productivity and budgets
• Ensure professional written and verbal communication with clients and team
• Develop staff and project engineers and advance business development opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships and project profitability
