Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years' experience in design and management.
• PE registration in CT & NY or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with State and Local projects preferred.
• Experience mentoring engineering staff.
• Proficient with CAD/ civil design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, reporting, productions, specifications, estimates for state and local clients.
• Develop design plans including drainage, grading, and stormwater systems.
• Lead large multi-discipline projects and subconsultants.
• Coordinate design development and provide technical direction.
• QA/QC procedures for Civil/Site tasks and projects.
• Coordinate with team to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare scope, budget, and schedule for clients and internal use.
• Prepare invoicing and complete billing for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support client engagement.
