Job summary

EnTech Engineering, PC, based in New York City, seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to support transportation infrastructure projects, lead civil planning and design, and oversee technical documentation across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of design experience (preferably with transportation, roadway design, drainage, grading, and utilities), and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation. NY State PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering design experience, preferably with transportation infrastructure.
• NY State PE license is preferred.
• Experience with NY metropolitan area municipal clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee civil planning and design services for transportation infrastructure.
• Evaluate site conditions and review documents to identify constraints.
• Develop conceptual design solutions including roadway, grading, drainage, utilities.
• Perform civil engineering analyses and calculations to support decisions.
• Lead preparation and review of design reports, cost estimates, specifications, drawings.
• Provide engineering support during construction and coordinate with contractors.
• Coordinate with design team to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking deliverables and resources.
