Job summary

EnSafe in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer Project Manager to lead civil design on municipal, commercial, and industrial projects. You will guide design from concept through completion, coordinating with agencies and clients while leading teams across disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule, while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Civil 3D/CAD experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil design experience, preferably with an engineering consulting firm.
• Current Texas PE license.
• Experience with municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including plans, specs, permits and bid documents.
• Lead cross-disciplinary problem-solving to deliver cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate design and client meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
