Job summary

EnSafe seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Florida offices in Titusville, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Pensacola. You will lead municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, directing design through delivery while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help grow our regional business through strong client relationships and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in Florida or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• 10+ years of civil engineering design experience in an engineering consulting environment.
• Experience delivering design projects for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Civil Engineer for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Manage civil design from concept to completion, including plans, specs, and permitting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions.
• Coordinate design meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Plan, schedule, and execute design tasks while managing budgets and timelines.
• Build client relationships and support business development.
• Contribute to proposals, technical presentations, and marketing activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff development.
