Job summary

Reliable Commercial in Arlington, TX is seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale projects from inception to completion. You will manage multiple crews, review drawings, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.

A strong background in heavy civil or commercial construction, expertise with ProCore, CPM scheduling, and subcontractor management is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have slip form paving experience.
• Extensive track record managing heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Strong background in ProCore construction management software.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings/blueprints for pipelines or infrastructure.
• Supervisory experience managing diverse crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate execution.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to uphold safety, quality, and productivity.
• Use ProCore to track progress, document issues, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and address issues promptly.
• Oversee project budgets, costs vs estimates, procurement, and cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and suppliers to prevent delays.
• Lead team meetings to share updates, resolve issues, and motivate crews.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and federal safety regulations for large projects.
